Managers and/or staff who are faced with dealing with members of the public and fellow professionals where conflict about desired outcomes may emerge.

Cost Structure:

Our costs shown are based on training being carried out at your premises and may be subject to small additional charges for travel and subsistence costs where necessary. These will be kept to the minimum.

We will be pleased to arrange off-site training at an agreed venue. Terms for this are subject to your approval.

Although each course is designed to last for 1 day as a free-standing module, it is possible to run link or compatible courses over 2 or 3 days if required.

We like to maintain personal contact with our clients, before, during and after each course presentation. We welcome and value feedback, as our courses are under continual review.
